The lifeguard course consists of 3 days and costs $175.00. You will receive a confirmation email after registration with your course details.

The shallow water lifeguarding course requires performing skills in 5 feet of water (which will suffice for hotel pool positions).

The full lifeguarding course requires performing skills in greater than 5 feet of water (required for rec center pool positions). 

The instructor may issue a shallow water certification if the full lifeguarding skills are not demonstrated successfully. (2-year Lifeguard certification includes CPR/AED/First Aid.)
